How long does shipping take?

Before reaching out, please check:

* Your mailbox, porch, or side entrance
* Any parcel lockers
* With neighbors or household members

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

* Ordering the wrong size
* Buyer’s remorse
* Minor color differences caused by screen settings

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
