Returns

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
* Ordering the wrong size
* Minor color differences caused by screen settings

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email backlotpress@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging (if possible)

After review, we’ll offer either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered but your package is missing:

* Check around your home, porch, or mailbox
* Ask neighbors or household members
* Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at backlotpress@proton.me.
Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

* It will be issued to your original payment method
* Processing time depends on your bank or provider, typically 3–10 business days
